Below are a few tips on the same.

There is nothing as one size fits all when buying apparel for your workers. Different workers love different clothing. It would be important to mix any type of clothing. For example, you may have long sleeve shirts, short sleeve shirts, mesh polo shirts, zipped pullovers, tee shirts, dress shirts, sleeveless pullovers, vests, and so forth. Each worker would choose the dressing that he or she likes according to her tastes and preferences.

Have a nick at the quality of dressing. Quality starts by choosing the material that is appropriate for a type of clothing. Think of cotton shirts, fleece jackets, silk tee shirts, and similar materials. You need to purchase durable attire and outfit that looks good on your workers several months down the line.

You can choose from a wide range of colors and embroidery designs for the apparel. Consider a mix of some innovative designs and colors especially if you are buying different sets of wear. You may have one set for your company colors. The rest of the sets can come in different colors to get rid of the monotony. The embroidery should be appropriate for your industry and the material of your clothing. The logo and the company slogan are enough.

It is important to ask for suggestions from the employees on what they would like to wear. At the end of the day, they are the ones to wear the apparel. Thus, they should be involved in the selection of the designs, colors, and materials to buy. This eliminates any resistance against wearing such clothing at the workplace.

Take down the employee sizes when ordering for the apparel. Most companies tend to buy clothes of the same size. Some employees are of smaller structure, broader shoulders, and large bodies. Fitting clothes motivate employees to wear the dressing, as it looks good on them.

Determine the type of working environment and climate in which your employees work. If most of your employees work out there in the field, give them an alternate of warm and light dressing for different weather conditions out there, Workshop workers and those in the construction industry would need overalls and appropriate dressing for their work. Hospital staffs require different dressing from that of a retail shop.

Shop around for good offers in the market. Several suppliers out there could be willing to give good discounts for volume purchases. Compare different bids, and buy in volume to take advantage of quantity discounts. This will reduce costs for your company.
